I m from thiruvallur near chennai tamil nadu today I went to our local postoffice to close an recuring deposit jus they hv to check the ledger and have to pay my amount for tat they took more than 2 hour and the biggest thing is no other customers wer there in the postoffice all the four staffs are confused how to do closure of the RDits an shame how they posted them without knowing these basic things including postmaster also bcas of these type of attitudes people are not deposting there money in postoffices and gng to private sector better govt should close these post offices and save the salary
