Worst experience. Review on Indian Overseas Bank

Hi iam guruprasad and I had a worst experience with indian overseas bank today.Today morning I when to deposit my money in the bank in chennai. Where I have to fill my form and with full details and have to deposit in the counter to the bank person who is sitting in it.there was a long line and I am the 7 or 8 th person and when 3rd person gave his challan the employee said him to use the deposit machine for lessthan 20, 000 rupees and I had only four thousand rupees so I waited in the line so after 4th and 5th person they deposit four thousand and 2 thousand. After that I came and I gave the challan but the employee refused and I said me to deposit in that machine but I said it has long line.but he said there is no long line only 2 or 3 person are standing .but haven't seen the line.I said that ok I will do it next time.but he said me to go to that machine.I was so irritated because of him.For deposit only that guy is sitting.but he refuses.Also they have only one deposit machine.they really need to fix this problem.they should atleast a board that shows please use deposit machine for more than 4 thousand and less than 20 thousand .and other mobile banking and internet banking are good but the customer service is more important. please do improve it.
