The worst bank in India ever. Somebody mis used my debit card for Rs 5, 000.00. When I went to complain about this incident the they stripped of their responsibilities and refused to accept a complaint. SMS Alerts do not come on time. SMS Alert for a particular txn comes after 48 hrs of such txn.
Pathetic banking services. The bank shall be closed down so as to protect customer's money and interest. Their tag line is TOUCHES HEARTS SPREADS SMILE. This tag is absolutely wrong. It should be TOUCHES MONEY SPREADS TEARS.
