I feel this review is:
I have taken loan from IOB. Every bank has cut its base rate but IOB has not yet cut. Every month they are charging some charges on loan. While taking loan we have talk that we would get loan under SME Easy scheme but they have given us loan under different category. We went to Regional office also, they are telling that we would look into it but since last two months no change. I would suggest that while taking loan papers they will not take time but after that their laziness will start. Its internet banking site is also too slow.
