It is will be surprising when you know that the spirit of heroism (Films) has spoiled the team spirit and group culture in INDIA.In India, we find a lot of under educated or un educated youths whose regular routine is
Wake up late
Assemble in tea or petty shops and chat for hours
Watch new films on first day
Tease pretty girls etc etc
The process of advicing,explaining etc will merely fail.The real focus must be on a long term basis to find out the propelling force that has caused this state.It will be foolish if you say them to stray away from films because it is a part and parcel of todays entertainment agenda.
The real striking thing could be good films that can stir the dynamism among youths and make them work as a team. Today, the world is moving towards a multi disciplinary scope where team work is the mantra.Unfortunately todays films don't cater this need.
The films project the heros as a one man army capable of destroying any force.This is evident in almost all films.This creates an anonymous unnoticed sense among the youths and creates the urge for freedom that develops the sense of supremacy resulting in EGO.
This will disturb the imbalance in the organisational structure and detoriarate team spirit. Incontrast, the foreign countries have nurtured the spirit of oneness to inculcate group skills.In Japan or Korea, the scientists and researches will work on a technology and acheive results.After that, a group of diversified people will join and make technological gadgets.
This is the secret behind the success story of those countries. It is easily seen that todays youth pick up the wrong senses and habits soon.Thus the film makers must make sincere attempts to make modifications and try to show atleast a shadow of reality where teamwork is the basic of any success
