Now Sony Entertainment TV is bringing Indian Idol2(MY SIS ANTARA MITRA HAS BEEN SELECTED IN THE TOP 28 FINALISTS OF INDIAN IDOL SO DO VOTE 4 HER) after the last year's indian idol which was a mindblowing DHAMAKA in the history of the indian television.
Auditions were held in Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. the best of the best were chosen and as we know abhijeet sawant bagged it all.similarly is the case with indian idol 2 where the one who makes it to the top gets a recording contract with a music company and an exclusive contract with Sony.
Instant stardom and millions of overnight fans may be expected to follow.

who may have lost the title to Sawant by a small margin, the affable Amit Sana is far from disappointed over the upset and is gearing up to make his presence felt in the music world.well though his album chal diye has been a hit but it seems from his body structure ke ye bhi chal denge!!! 2DAY he has loads of offers for recording and stage shows coming his way these days.
talking about Rahul Vaidya, A whole lot of people may have been disappointed when they heard of Rahul Vaidya’s departure from the competition. But this 17-year-old is quite a lucky charmer. Immediately after his ouster, he was offered a Rs 20 lakh contract with Sony music. wow now thats a whole lot of money!!!!
What’s more, music director Anu Malik has also signed him on to sing for David Dhawan’s upcoming film Shaadi No 1. (Here is one Idol you’d better watch out for!)
Talent hunts come and talent hunts go, and when too many of them come at the same time, there is chaos and confusion on who's who, and a clutter of music album releases. It then calls for sensible marketing which makes a new artiste stand out from the rest. The Indian Idol guys seem to be getting their act right.don't u think so too?
but I must agree that Abhijeet's optimism was truly evident in ''Mohabbatein Lutaaunga'', the track, which won him the title. His voice modulation and remarkable range impressed the audience and judges alike. Here's hoping his debut album will create the same magic, and with his down-to-earth attitude and honest approach to music, it shouldn't take too long!!!
