A few days back I have dealt with Indian Cargo Movers Packers (https://indiancargomoverspackers.com/) to shift my household from Hyderabad to Pune.
This is not a professional cargo service but it is a mafia gang who threats customers when the receive the goods
My experience was worst not in terms of the service but there was something very concerning. I was threatened and asked to pay 100% more (double) to get the delivery of my goods.
The guy named Vinod mobile number 939355xxxx (same as mentioned in Call Us section of the web site) called me next day and demanded double money to deliver the goods, I denied and reminded him the amount we agreed and referred the quote given to me by the company representative during goods inspection and assessment, he was speaking like a filmy villain “Agar Saaman chahiye to itna payment kar do barna mein saman nahi doonga aur tum mera kuchh nahi bigaad sakte ho”…
I had to pay double amount and got my goods in very bad state, the deal was to carry the goods in closed container (that’s for I paid for) but it was delivered to me in an open and shared container. My TV, fridge, washing machine were badly placed on the diesel/kerosene drums in the shared truck.
Not only this, the driver demanded extra money to unload the goods, he lied that the company did not provide the labors so I have to hire and pay, since I was in a fix so I had to do it….
Finally, I ended up paying one and half times money, half of my goods was either broken or damaged, got threatened and lost piece of mind for two-three days….
This is a group of Vinod (939355xxxx), Sikandar – the truck driver (995187xxxx), Man Singh (number not available), Ram Kumar (991038xxxx), Somveer (880116xxxx), Vikesh (888577xxxx)
I have filed an FIR against this group in police station and writing here to make people carful about this gang of cheaters.
