They are providing average service. they have to upgrade them more technically than manually. Well I am having a saving account in indian bank.. I would like to share my experince wth u all. Kanpur branch of uttar pradesh is doing their duties well. well they have a good support for their customer.
The banking staff is very polite. They understand the value of time for the customers.I have been issued my cheque book and Debit card in a week after my account was opened. Secondly they have minimum charges as compared to other banks. Phone banking and ATM facilities are superb. But I wanna add tat there is no for customer care support online. we have to visit the branch for query.
But compared to my experiences my father is having a current a/c in Indian bank. he wanted a bank approval for the IEC number. they provided it without loosing a single minute. This is wat we say baking. helping customer to ensure new heights in business
