I was a customer of Indian bank but lost interest to the lot of crowd and messy area. No proper customer orientation. The crowd is not actually because of the people but the clerks take a long time to complete the task which result in piling up of queues in all the counters. These old people who are emplyed do not know how to use the system effectiviely and consume time.
Few at times for a single lateration they ask us to make and come which again result in standing in the queue, instead they can directly make the change and take the slip or request inside.
Pathetic customer service no smiling face in the area all r harsh and doing for name sake of doing. No one takes the ownership of the problems ... All these led to close my account.
You wont believe I was in the bank for nearly 3 hrs even to close my account and get settled.
Nothing to say ... I am not sure of other branches but this is a pathetic situation in the Chromepet Branch - Chennai 44.
There is no 0 so I have maked as 1 for all.
