This is not a story about sour grapes. I was interviewed by Indiamart for IT head few days back and was offered a role by the interviewer. He asked me to come next week to meet HR people. When I did not hear anything for few days I chased them up and the HR guy told me that they have recruited someone else internally.
I do not understand how companies can be so unprofessional that they can waste candidature interview plus traveling time. I am on contract job and for that particular day I lost 1/2 day earning plus I had to travel 120 KM for interview.
I wish I would have believed the negative reviews of Indiamart available at other sites.
