INDIA INFOLINE does not care about your money. I had given a cheque of Rs 5000/- to company but it has not been reflected in my margin oney. Even company employees at MOTINAGAR branch /Delhi, INDIA do not even pick up telephone calls. Avoid opening any account with this company and save your money.
This company does offer very low rates of brokerage but does not give service accordingly. If at the initial stage itself they are going to take your money witout even blinking and making you run around, how does one expects that it will give good service at the end.
The employees of this company do not treat you as customers but as slaves who are only required to keep on requesting them. They do not even pick up telephone. Try calling at telephone number 09818769483. It is number of one the Compliance Officer of the company. He will not even pick up the telephone. If he does not interact with clients then what he is doing in the company.
