This is with a lot of grief and pain that I have typed this review. When I opened the demat account, the RM promised me that there will not be any brokerage on the account since a campaign is on and anyone who opens demat account during the campaign month, they get a free demat account.
But I see that from the nest month onward itself, they are deducting brokerage charges from my account. When contacted the RM, he gave some vague replies a couple of times but after that he never ever receives the call.
Also, the customer care personal do not have any product knowledge and are very rude.
