I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday from India Flower Gift Shop (indiaflowergiftshop.com), full paid was debited to my account on placing order. I placed order no 5GwM2O on 6th May for delivery on 8th May and it was not delivered after 50 phone calls, also no action was taken. I asked for Re delivery on 12th still no action was taken.
The Customer care people have been trained to lie and start disconnecting phone calls once there is a complaint. If you try and hunt for the domain owner, it is not visible on "whois".
