I ordered a pineapple cake online at this site. A picture of the cake was shown with around 12 cherries . Also I had paid extra 350 rupees for early morning delivery. The whole amount came to around 1900 rupees which is quite expensive but as they promised prompt delivery I went ahead with the order.
On the day of the delivery I dont get the cake at 8:00 am as promised or a call from them the entire day and finally get a delivery at 6:00 pm in the evening after the entire party is over . Further the cake has only a single cherry and not 12 as shown on the picture in their website . On asking the manager why the cake was delivered late and is different from the cake shown on their site he mentions that there is no guarantee that the cake will look like the picture!.
This is the worst example of a scam and consumer are being exploited . Please avoid this website at all costs.
