Dear Support,
I ordered for a cake(order no 100204787) on 12.12.2016 to be delivered on Kolkata, laketown on 16.12.2016 on "as soon as possible basis for which I was charged extra Rs 150. I had a chat with customer support on 16.12.16 morning, when I was informed that, delivery will be out by 12.30(horrible!). and will reach within 2PM. Being assured I went to office which is at hyderabad.
When I came to know, that cake was not delivered until 4.15PM, I called the customer support. I called three times, when I was put on hold by the support staff, A horrible sound was followed by disconnection of the call. I tried three times from 4.30 to 5 Pm, finally came to know, tht the kolkta office could not be contacted. I had to spend 30 mins more over mu breaktime for all these. Then I got a call from kolkata office, they told tht they were instructed to deliver within 6pm(!), so discrepencies!. Finally colected the number from the kolkata guy. He said on 5. PM that it will be delivered after 15mins. Again I called on 5.45 and then the cake was delivered.
Later I leared few things. The cake didnot match with one I delivered. The cake was too poor quality(from some mullick confetionaries new market!). Flowers were good though. The delivery boy was not nice, he was unhappy with my repeated calling(mob no of the delivery boy: 8240175589).
Customer care told me that they will ensure to refund me the 150Rs delivery charge(as it was delivered after 2PM. I will be happy to receive it.
Please Im prove yourself. And stop doing these type of buisness if you cannot build up the infrastructure,
