I Have ordered for a Teddy on 21st of july and it is a couriers product, So max to max it will take 5 to 6 days to delivery
But I didn't get my order till 8th of august, and when I asked that I don't want it, please cancel the product and refund me, they are saying that they can't do that and the money will not be refunded. and they send me the photo of that courier, with the tracking number, and that courier number shows that there is no courier with such details,
When I called them to know my order detail, they said that just hold for a minute and u are on hold for literally 15 minute and after that you get disconnected and when call reback to them and I ask for the same person whom I was talking to, I got to know that he is having lunch from last 10 minute. so you can judge the services of them. and I found strange that its not written anywhere that if your order is not delivered you will not get refund The worst ever experience I have ever have. I had called them more than 35 times for my order.
