Horrible bank they always sleep and work less I guess. Because every thing will be delayed and there will be no response from there End. This financial institution should be closed . They are money eater, they suck human blood like bugs. Very worst financial institute . We have submitted our document on Feb 2017 for change in interest rate as per RBI rule they are charging 10.4% from past 3 years. After submitting they are least bother to change the rate. We are been following up from Feb 2017 every day same response. The lethargic HOD has not authorized the document and eating our money.
Friend never ever enter this bank . Hopeless Bank.
