indiabulls is one of those bank which gives you a feeling that you are still ruled by britishers in india .
they have their own payments terms.
if because of their delay they are unable to debit emi from your account after even having auto debit facility they charge you the panelty for that also.
complet india I giving the interest rate of 8.6% rate where indiabulls is rigid still take 10.3% and denies to reduce because we are existing customers.
now from last 2 months I am trying to close the lone but they are not supporting with relevant documents so that you can close the loan because every body loves money.
this is height of harassment given to client.
I am not able to understand that even after paying every thing on time I am unable to settle by account and worst point is nobody has any answer for any of my questions.
