I baschandru021y met with some one named Javed Akhter Baiganpalli (JAVED.BAIGANPALLI@INDIABULLS.COM ) who is my current relationship manager, just avoid this guy, he will give you the worst possible brokerage and tells some nonsense reasons if you ask him to reduce the brokerage.
So, I sent a mail to Indiabulls grievances cell to change my relationship manager on Jan-17-2011 and till date (04-Feb-2011) they have not changed my relation ship manager and every time they are asking me to mail to some other useless persons of India bulls who doesn't even have the basic sense of replying to e-mails forget about solving the issue.
Some of the persons whom I have mailed as of now and didn't even get a single reply.

On top of this there was one more guy who called himself Saied and talking as if due to his blessings I have an account with Indiabulls.
(THIS IS THE FIRST GRIEVANCES CELL I HAVE SEEN WHO IS ASKING CUSTOMER TO CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM LIKE GOVT OFFICES)
(What is the use of such a grievances cell?????)
Even after around 20 Mail chains still Indiabulls grievances are asking more time? I do not how a company with such attitude towards customers can sustain.

These Indiabulls people are so shameless that even if I call them frauds in my e-mail they do not respond to the e-mails and I will forward the link of this review to Indiabulls and let me see if they respond.
They had one good broker named Madhubala who is truely customer oriented and I asked to Indiabulls grievances cell to change my relation ship manager to that lady and on 2-Feb-2011. Javed Akhter Baiganpalli told me that she left the company.
I opened the account with Indiabulls looking at 0 annual maintenance fee and now I am realizing the mistake I have done.
So avoid Indiabulls full of frauds....(This review is written to Indiabulls Bangalore Branch)
