Subscribed to the Cosmopolitan and made the biggest mistake of my life. Totally fed up of following up every month because I don't receive my copy. Their customer support is equally bad. Take my word and pick up a copy from newsstands if you need one!
I consider that I have lost my money and don't own a subscription at all instead of following up. The standard feedback is that we will add another month to your subscription as we have ran out of copies. They will also ask you to wait till the end of the month for the subscription of the current month.
