We have moved into 21st century however PSUs and their under-qualified incompetent staff still dragging down this nation with so much potential and vast resource availability!
A simple example is, how an indiapost person at counter out and out reject the a package when told them I have been sending them for long and stationary item doesn't even come under prohibited banned item list.
When I requested for manager, this not interested in working staff arrogantly replies there is no manager here, talk to us.
so I asked name of counter person and his supervisor they countering me with what you are gonna do? few others in the room including the lowest postman is daring take my name too we will see what you can do.
who recruited, does staffing of these people with such level of arrogance rudeness, who are willing to take this another level up by going to an extent of ganging up together and challenging customer that do whatever or complain wherever, as nobody has power to take any action on them.
Having 2 months paid leaves plus national holidays in a year, fetching salary all on hard earned tax payers money then hardly working.
Let customer complain at any level nothing will really happen, I mean there is absolute lack of any authority on this kind of ill attitude mindset, who has zero accountability toward customers.
it seems we looking at another loss making future fallout like PSU banks, BSNL, MTNL or AIR INDIA!
once these arrogant incompetent rude ill mindset PSU employee given a taste of private sector environment they will know how difficult it is to earn a penny by living on edge everyday of being thrown out of job!
This disgusting PSU employee mindset is one of the reason why in 74 years of independence, India is still a 3rd world nation!
