India gate is one of the best suited rice for biryani. As my mother mostly prepare biryani we use to some other basmati rice. But Even though prepared them very carefully. It doesn't give good look to the rice.
But when we started using these rice. The biryani became very tasty and it also looks very good. The flavor of the rice is also really tasty. It is available in almost all departmental stores. But we purchase it from our nearest reliance fresh. it is available at affordable price only. It is available in different packing sizes from 1 kg to 25 kgs. The packing of these rice is also very good. Over all it is best suited rice for biryani.
