Dr. Kalam's contribution in the field of missiles should be probed, most missile developments have happened because of Russian help and the joint venture'BRAHMOS' which is existing only because of Russian technical assistance which comes at cost borne by tax payers of the the nation. RSS wants to give a secular color to right wing BJP by planting this ready made puppet which can sing and dance to the tunes of Hindu extremists. Kalam should be ashamed of praising Gita for it's so called greatness. DRDO has history of brahminical domination and Kalam has learnt the art of impressing Brahmin bosses to raise above in the DRDO. Kalam should explain to the world why he quit DRDO and became president of this country even though he had no experience nor inclination. Kalam was probably forced by NDA power brokers like Chandrababu Naidu and other RSS think tanks.
Kalam returned the favor back to RSS and Hindu righwing by denying Sonia Gandhi the post of PM of India by questioning her nationality etc etc., Kalam should remember that Sonia has been natural leader and the strongest leader when UPA-1 displaced NDA. Sonia was accepted by Indians, she was accepted by India's largest political party as it's leader, so Kalam has done a blunder by denying PM post to Sonia. Even today Sonia is the tallest political leader in India by far compared to many BJP leaders, who lack basic maturity to be leaders. Kalam should have denounced repeated attack by BJP leaders on Sonia and her nationality, instead Kalam joined hands with Hindu extremeists. Pramod Mahajan's only campaign was to talk about Sonia and her Italian origin, he died a painful death in the jands of his own brother. Kalam should furnish all his achievements as scientist, Missile or Nuclear. Kalam was exposed during the recent Koddankullam protests, Kalam blindly says the plant can withstand Tsunami without any scietific backing, Kalam should remember that no man made structure can challenge nature. Fukushima plant was not built to be destroyed by Tsunami!
Kalam further showed what he is by suggesting 10 point programme to end protests(protests were aimed at safety of the nucvlear plant), but Kalam had suggested induatrial hub near Koddankulam, he had suggested facitilites for fishermen, creation of jobs for locals, Kalam should remember that these will not mitigate safety concerns of people, Kalam showed the world his regional biased'ness by blackmailing central govt. for additional development of the place instead of suggesting ways and means to mitigate safety concerns. It is learnt that Jaya and Kalam plotted the agitation in lieu for development package for the region. Kalam is not a nuclear scientist and he has no right to make comments like an expert.
Kalam's simplicity: Kalam is known for so called simplicity, but we need to know from him why he wanted to occupy world's biggest palace?
Kalam's frisking : Time and again Kalam has been involved in frisking at US airports. Kalam as ex-president is supposed to inform GOI in case of foreign visits. Kalam violates this time and again and ends up embarrassing India and himself.
Kalam's US Fitishness: Why Kalam loves US? Why he goes to small programs there? Kalam like any other Indian has fascination for the word'foreign' and'white skin', that's why he cherishes his US visits in-spite of gettting 'embarrassed'!
RTI should tell all: Some like minded people who have read this should file an RTI with govt., to know exact contrbution of Kalam at DRDO and BRAHMOS, anyways his presidential contributions are only to appease RSS and BJP, he acted with racist mindset in Sonia's case for sure, hope Kalam accepts his mistake and apologizes to the nation for his racist act, before leaving this world which has hyped him extremely. Even today Agnis and Prithivis are dogged by poor guidance systems, has Kalam gone back to oversee these issues as a'father of missiles'?
I have read two books of Kalam, they are more idealistic and his so called inspirational books contain like material taken from Primary School essays on "India in future"
