Incredimail is fun and interesting. It is easy to customize and to set up. It imports contact information well. Importing messages is much trickier. I enjoyed using the free version to receive mail, but did not want advertisments in my outgoing mail. I upgraded to the Premium version. Things went very well for a day or so.
A day after I upgraded to Premium the advertisements reappeared. My first contact with customer support was fast and responsive. They asked for a screenshot. Several days and several requests later, no repsonse. I tried removing and re-installing, but that did not work. Customer support is slow and nonresponsive - and the ads are still there. There is no telephone number to be found. I've asked for a refund.
On another note, I was concerned about IncrediMail's monitoring of my computer. This has been a point of discussion on several message boards. I decided to go ahead with the product anyway after the company opened an office in New York and changed its terms of use to have New York as the state where legal issues are resolved.
