Inchara is a soulful place at the entrance to J P nagar 7th phase, right opposite the area’s famous Ganesha temple.
Perfect for a family dinner, it has dim lighting and an outdoor setting, with many waiters ready to take your order at any time.
Bachelors and single ladies need not be put off as a bar area is cordoned off to one side to provide drinks on demand in an equally relaxing setting.
The food provided ranges from Chinese to Continental to Indian cuisine, and includes Southern and Northern Indian delicacies. The food is for a reasonable price and one dish of gravy or noodles is a substantial quantity if you wish to share. Inchara’s specialty is its outdoor ambience.
Its only shortcoming is that as much as the restaurant is lively at night, it is not very functional for breakfast or lunch. The mosquitoes that plague customers at night are also a problem, but despite the repellant coils all around, it can’t be helped since the fountain and surrounding greenery appears to be breeding grounds for them.
The restaurant is not exactly the place for quite dinner and conversation as it is often lively and loud at night. The serving time after order must also be considered if you wish to go there, and it is always better to arrive and order early so you get your meal sooner, before the dinner rush starts. The food is tasty and satisfying, but it may include tastemakers and some extra oil, so it is not a very good option for someone who is health conscious. The staff is pleasant and friendly, and will be ready to help you with any request for your meals. Overall, it is a happy experience.
