If you are one of these people who goes down to your local Blockbuster every night and you rent a DVD to watch, you are spending too much money! I recently found this site, they offer DVD rental by post. So this is how it works. You pay £15 a month, taken either from your bank or charged to your credit card. You can have as many DVD rentals as you like for your £15, you are allowed to have 3 at a time. You make a list of up to 50 titles from the hundreds that they have on their site and put them into the order that you would like to receive them. The top three that are in stock are sent out to you with prepaid return envelopes, when you have watched them you send it back and the next available one on your list is sent out. You can change your list as often as you like.

The website itself is very easy to use. There are different categories for the DVD’s including a recommended and a new release section. You can also put forthcoming releases onto your list so you get them as soon as they are available. The website is also quite fast so you won’t be sitting there for ages. Each film has a description so you can read what it’s about. I signed up to this website on Wednesday night which means that they will have got my order on Thursday. Friday morning I received my first three discs. Very quick service! The discs were all in good condition as well, not scratched or damaged in any way!

If you rent DVD’s I would definitely recommend signing up to this website. It will save you lots of money and fill in your spare time, if you have any! One thing I do wonder about is the return envelopes. They all have first class stamps on them, who sits there all day and sticks them on???
