I have a credit card for which whenever I get points credited to my account, they are transferred to Imint account.
This accoount was created by the credit card bank on their own. However, since this account was created in 2007 August, I have still not rcvd the Imint card.Despite reated followups for over 2 years now, I have still not rcvd the card.
The co claims to have despateched it atleast 5 times till now- all fake promises.Nobody even responds despite atleast 5 mails from me, several calls to the helpline.There seesm to be some mistake by their staff everytime & they end up sending the card to the incorrect address, which they type incorrect.
Infact they take more than a month to deliver the card after placing the request. They have claimed to have sent the card to my office address as well as to my home address. Unfortunately, I have still not rcvd it.
I have now lost all patience to follow up with these unprofessional people.Dont know if there is any way to get my card, other than repeatedly following up with the useless imint team
