I was forced to get an imint card after ICICI Bank closed down their reward points on their cards. The web site was poorly designed initially bui has got better over the last 6-12 months. However, their mode of working has been sly from day one. If you order anything from them make sure you follow up with them. .It looks like that the people who work over there have a scheme where the goodies you order are distributed among themselves without the customer being involved. You have to call them within 20 days and if you forget it is your responsibility.
So be careful of dealing with them and if you can avoid them all the more better.
