Hi folks, As mentioned by other users I was too surprised to see my credit points being transferred to an account which was never asked for..wanted to check what it is all about and called up imint customer care.
They told me about new rewards program and assured me that I will be getting my card within couple of weeks. I waited and waited..but no use..I didn't get any.
When I called up cust care they told me that card has been delivered..??? I dont know where if it hasnt reached me then where have they delivered it?
They confirmed my address again and told me that will be sending another card to me..that also seem to be lost since I haven't received it as yet.. I don't know if this is some scandal or something ..is someone from inside stealing cards meant for customers?
Is there no way to check whether card has reached its destination? Looking at the reviews about crappy products sent by imint I now think it was for good of me..but still question remains to be answered..where are my cards?
