This is to informed you that last night when I called up to the complaint helpline number for complaint regarding vas service, so one of your representative he was very rude on call
I did not subscribe any package or any vas services, but still you people are charging unnecessary to me .
Executive Word:- " Ma'am, apne ye service activate ki hain to apko charge pay karna hoga aur apka koi bill adjustment nahi hoga. When I said transfer to call your senior, usne bola main nahi karoong jo karna hain kar lo.The concern representative name was NITIN
This is what you are proving the services to the client . I am using the postpaid from last 1 year and I am getting problem only this month Why?
Why should I pay for unnecessary bill?
When your representative does not have any sense to talk with client?why the call center of idea hiring the bullshit people.
Apart from this, I want fully adjustment of Vas service I will pay only my actual amount.
I dont want to take your service ever or never, and I will port this number today till evening .
I want the resolution as soon as possible.
Today when I called up "Central Vigilance Comission and complaint them to this concern they guide to me to contact with trai, when I read all T&C so I have to contact with noddle officer firstly, if I will not get any resolution from your side than I will escalate the concern to "TRAI "
Apart from this I have already twit this information in Twitter as well here and now I am going to mail IN TRAI as well I m going to FIR for your representative behavior why he threatening on call .
