One word comes to my mind ''pathetic'' I got 3g idea netsetter in 3months advance rental plan with free device . I paid 3 months bill in advance. First of all they took 15 days to start the service after payment.
Then in the 3rd month they deducted the 3 months advance payment I had paid.
And due bill was showing 2530 as bill. Although I was still in my advance bill period. I used to get calls from customer care every hour from 9 to 6.
Plus the my idea people are useless. They used to give me temporary solution and after few days same story used to repeat.
