I brought this device 2 years before and I am extremely satisfied with the service.
It never lets me down as far as the connectivity is concerned.The speed is good in cities but I feel it may not be the same case in case of rural areas, there may be a issue of speed and connectivity both.The customer service is widely available and they are efficient and helpful to handle any type of queries.also the support is available through their toll free number and the issue is resolved with 12 hours.Idea network though seems costly but definitely is a good option for good service.
