Idea India is a great mobile operator all over the India. Mostly all areas including rural areas they provide a descent network.
I am using a prepaid connection of idea and I love Idea because of its offer section. All the time idea provides different type of offer in Data card, Calling pack, Sms pack to all of the users and the offers are really affordable. Also you can download the MY IDEA app in your smart phones and can reach out the offer and payment section easily.
I am using my idea connection since 2015 and I have no complain in any section. Although one time they deduct some money from my sim without giving me any clue about that, But it also resolver by Customer Care representative withing 24 hours.
One more important thing I have to say about idea that it provides us a high speed internet connection. I personally think it can easily smash out the other vendors in few days.
For an example I am getting a 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speed in 3G. It is great experience having a idea connection.
