I got my 2nd mobile no. from Idea & it was all going fine since last few month. I never called up customer care no.12345, because I never used my this no. and it was just my backup phone. last month I was not in town and I missed to pay my bill (have postpaid connection). I came on 26th and I transferred Rs.384.84 from my bank a/c (through net banking). by that time my services were blocked. I thought I may take few hours or a day to unblocked the calling but to my surprise when I call up cust care today the person on other end says it takes 5 working days to unblock your calling services.
I told him the ref. no date and bank but he says not possible. From last 10 yrs I am using airtel and it never happened that my online transfer take more then 1 working day.
I asked this fellow Mr.Samson_Tandi ( this is the name I got in my SMS) to disconnect my connection, he says you have to go to idea shop clear our dues and give an application then only your connection will be disconnected in a very arrogant manner. when I said I want it right now then he did something and I got an sms saying it will be disconnected by 2nd of may.
I question is are customer care people really don't want any customer to be with them.
Anyway, I didn't lost anything because its no 2nd no. and I really don't want this kind of service.
PLEASE BEWARE of these people.
