I am an user of idea cellur network. I am facing a probkem from ladt 20 days. Whenever, I make any call on any number then I dont get clear voice and always the call get automatically disconnected. For this I have changed my mobile handset many times and cintacted to customer care executive.
They told me that my request is registered. This problem will solve in 5 days. But this priblem is not solved till yet.
And from today morning occurd a new problem, I am unable to call in any STD number. I always get computerised voice please contact your customer care executive, while my current balance is more than 100.
Worst network. dont take it
