Dear friends I urge you that never opt for Idea postpaid as you will fall in trap, my wife was using idea postpaid before marriage and she was paying more than Rs.500 per month, i never used postpaid for any mobile.i always chosen prepaid as it was always economical and beneficial, after marriage we got call from idea customer care and proposed me new plan which was at Rs.100 more current postpaid plan and customer care representative told me that roaming is free all over India, we were planning to roam India after marriage so I opted that and used idea mobile.but in the bill they charged me around 200 extra as roaming charges, I asked about it, they told me"roaming is free but only for incoming not for outgoing"
I realized the fraud played with us so I asked for customer care to migrate postpaid to prepaid they told me that you must visit on the billing date to idea customer care gallery and apply for postpaid to prepaid, we went to gallery, first time we went to gallery they told us to come to next month for the conversion as they didn't have 4g sim, so we went after a month but just after date of billing so they denied and after finally after 3month they accepted our request and connected their call to company customer care, call center representative was asking us what's the problem for conversion and urged me not to move to prepaid but we finally shouted and insisted them only she agreed and told us it will take 4-5days, we okeyd it.meanwhile continuously 3-4 days we got call from company for not to move to prepaid.but finally we made it successfully after lot of pain.and shelling lot of money, now we are so happy and using for just Rs.500 for 3months.so I request you please do not trap in idea postpaid.also there is danger if you do not pay your bill for2-3months your mobile number can be deactivated permanently
So please never opt for idea postpaid
