Idea is one of the leading mobile operater in india. There are some good things about them and sone bad things, let me tell you how is my experience with idea.
Its a good network in terms of call rates, internet speed and most specially not as much expensive as Airtel. But the network coverage is a big problem with idea.
I have been using idea for 2 years now and my experience is a mixture of good and bad experiences. Most I loved about idea is their internet plans and their 2G network speed. I watch videos on youtube, Hotstar with idea internet on 2G data and my experience is very good. Videos are played smoothly which is not possible on airtel even their data plans are much costly thn idea.
Now lets discuss about the negative part of idea. Idea has a poor range of 3G and 4G networks even though they are a leading Service provider in India. Their network keep fluctuating and keep changing into 3G and 2G networks. This thing make me frustrate because sometime it becomes hard to load internet just because of this fluctuating network.
So after conclusing all of my experinece I can say that idea maybe a good network in urban areas but its not good enough in rural areas. If they improve their network than it can be a leading and most loved mobile operator and I can recommend idea to others but till than its no from my side. ?
