I moved to Pune and due to issues with Airtel I applied for idea. After raising request executive came and asked us to pay 500rs, which we did. After that they stopped picking calls, they v didn't raise request on system and despite my mails to idea they said.we can't help and you only go to their shop and ask them to raise request in system. The guy never shows up and They don't return my money as well.
