After 15th attempts and more with Idea Customer Care, I am still struggling with the services and wrong balance deduction. My cell phone no is 9702867103. I have been tough time with idea, it’s not now but earlier also where I found out that customer care executives are so irresponsible and put the call down.
I don't know but I got to know on 22 Nov that a service called (GPRS, VAS) has been running on my cell phone since 1 month and it leads to 5rs deduction every day. First I don't know how it was activated? I didn't send any request to active this; I strongly believe it was activated automatically. Then I called you support on 198 and registered a request to stop this deduction and services which was leading to 5 rs deduction.
Nothing happened till 24 Nov then I again filed another request to stop, nothing happened. I was told that if service does not get deactivated and it leads to any deduction then you will get refund. Nothing happened till yesterday and I filed another complaint, the only way I had. Still my money has been getting deducted 5rs/day after complaining 3 times and called you approximate 15 or more times.
What kind of support of this?
I would request you to refund all my money from 22 Nov after registering first request to stop these services. In failure to do so I would have to switch my network purposely. If you get to see my logs and all, you will come to know that what I am trying to explain you. I know the names of the entire customer care executive but I would not like to disclose their names.
