Idea is a disappointing Indian Cellular Operator Service Provider. The quality of service is similar to BSNL, Tata Docomo, Uninor, Airtel, Aircel and Videocon, etc. all these are of same category for useless and hopeless customer service and product offerings.
Switching to Idea made horrible experiences,
misrepresentation of tariffs
unnecessary Idea messages with twice or thrice copies of each messages
ridiculous customer care responses relating any query or complaint, you will not respond reacting like bhai/behen tu mera baap/amma hai(gadha ko baap banana)
One of the major issue I am facing is I am getting unwanted messages inspite of opting DND Service. Earlier the sim was of Uninor, not in use condition, but there were no unwanted messages from any number or internet messages.
Since I joined to Idea, life became like hell, wft moment to throw mobile so that it can get on mute condition.
I have made complaint that I am getting lottery(promotional messages on my number), they asked me to call on 1963. I made a call on this, they informed me that this number is only for registering complaint against the international calls user get on his/her number. So I again made a call to IIN Head Quarter. Lol. Customer Care number, again, so they asked me to inform the number, they just punched the number and asked me that the number belongs to Reliance, so call on Reliance and ask them. I have clarified in Hindi our National language that I am getting promotional lottery messages from different Indian cellular numbers which doesn't exist itself. I had argue upon that you are simply punching the number and guiding me to go to so & so service provider number for sending messages, I spoke my own number, and they have guided me to go to Uninor Service Provider. Lol. I caught these uneducated IIN students(customer care). I said that the number I gave you is my own number from which I had made a call on their call center, as the number belongs to Uninor but after MNP it Idea Cellular number. So I asked, "so now you will guide me to go to uninor, wft". These IIN students behave like blindly, and I believe they are trained to behave like stupid on call with the customers."
I am wondering "if a user is getting promotional messages from different non existed 10 digit indian numbers, then he/she has to go his/her service provider to made a complaint against promotional messages to being get stop inspite of DND activated
or
should get logically get to those non existed numbers, calling them, after getting message of non existence finding their service providers and calling them"
