I was using idea internet package until I switched to airtel 3g which is far better as compared to idea. While porting my number to airtel I was asked to clear my bill for the next month in advance. The idea person took rs500 from me and told me that the remaining amount will be sent back through check at my address.
My number finally got ported after a lot of efforts but even after 2 months my reamining amount never came. I tired to contact the customer care service but they always put my call on hold. Good I switched to airtel.
