Idea is a very high cost mobile operator which takes very high rate for call, sms and data pack. It does not provide good offer for old user. Its network is spreaded only in towns but not in villages. The customer seevice is also very bad. When you will make call it will take more time to talk with customer care. Also it takes more time to resolve your problem.
So always go with other operator than Idea.
