Their internet connectivity and speed is so pathetic. Network coverage is very limited. No 3g service in my town, they covers only major cities in Assam in case of 3g. At first their 2g internet speed was amazing, but nowadays only loading and loading. Tariff rates are average, but it could be better. Their customer service is average. I would not recommend others to go for an Idea connection if he/she is looking for better internet connectivity. I am an Idea customer for last 2 years. It is my own experience.
