Dear Sir,
My Self Anshu Bhatia user of Idea Cellular No.9990903122 is relay badly disappointed to use IDEA services as since I have put up the request for the Port I feel as if I am being blackmailed by Idea as twice my porting Request has been rejected despite Paying the Dues Amount. First I made the Payment of Rs.920 and when my Port was cancelled I made sure to speak to the customer care where I came to know that there are the dues of Rs.50 against which I paid Rs.65 and now again my Port request is cancelled and within four days again it is showing the dues of Rs.53
Since I have put the request for Port I am really unable to understand the Billing Cycle and unnecessary forced to pay the amount by Idea if needs to get it Port
I am again making the payment of Rs.200 excess Payment to Idea with the Hope that my Port will not be rejected.
Will never recommend Idea to anyone after facing such Inconvenience. Though I make sure if anyone Prefers to take Idea at least I’ll make sure that the person wont take Idea Services
Do not count any customer as small as one day these small losses will turn into major ones and you will loose your identity soon
