I moved to IDEA from Vodafone on last Saturday(12th of August) considering a very lucrative plan 349 Rs. Neither I am getting network in office not at home . My office is at RMZ Ecoworld, Outer Ring road Bellandur and homer is at Singasandra . Both the places are very much in city and still I am struggling badly for network .Many times connections gets drop automatically and gets no signals . Executive had told that they uses airtel network so it will not be a problem . Even while connecting the calls it takes time .
Please don’t move to Idea . It is horrible . Escalated to authority here but no resolutions till . Just waiting to complete 3 months over by November so again I can move to Vodafone or Airtel .
