I was using idea service from past so many years but they t real cheaters I wanted a 3g internet pack so I dailed121# in that 3rd option came as 175 rs 1GB data 30 days validly. After that bec af I already had bal in my account I dailed369*175#.
The replay pop up came as invalid request and below that some options r their in that 3rd option is 1GB data 30 days for 174 so I thought that it might be changed r they decreased the ammount so I dailed369174# pack activated and even I got a message saying 1GB data 30 days is activated.
But it still in 2G so I got confused I ccalled coustomer care but that blady supervisor told me that in that pop-up message it is mentioned 2G only and keep repeating that same pls check out the screen shots which is attached just said coustomer is not talking proffessional and disconnected my call. I dint even used 1KB also I jst wanted my 174 RS so that I activate 175 rs 3G pack for this they dis agreed. jst keeping 1rs diffarence how they cheating is really bad . They r really misleading the coustomers. pls never use idea service.
