Idea is a operator that enables its user to call and connect to the internet. I do not like Idea as it is now very costly. They are charging more money than others. Recently they have again rised the the cost of each plan. Though their 3g coverage is very good but the plan are double cost of the other operators like Tata Docomo that are giving a tough competition to them. I do not prefer you idea as
1.Costly- By day by day idea is getting more and more costly. The 2g plans of idea has rise up a more than compared to 3g services. It made to switch over other mobile operator and throw idea in dustbin.
- Unreliable Coveage- Idea assures its user of very vast network but I find it that they are having a very poor network. I tried calling my mother from a park outside our house and it said network is not available and I live in middle of city and still there is no network then what will happen to area where a little population is living.
3.High Rates- Idea has comparatively a high call rates than the other operators which is continuously increased by them,
4.Irrelavant Changes- They charges irraleveant charges many times without activating anything which may deduct 35 to 70 rs from our main balance.
5.Low Validity- They provide us very low validity as compared to the plan as we can see that they provide a validity of 18 days in a plan of 198rs.
These were some of the reasons why I left idea and got other mobile operator. If you do not believe me you can try your own and see what will happen to you.
