After hearing from so many people regarding network availability I purchased an IDEA sim for me and this was worst decision taken by me. I realize that the network is quite comfortable but still you find problems at some places like basement. My sim is prepaid and I was using it, one day I got my sim charged by Rs. 170/-. Third day I was making call with the same SIM but call did not matured with reason the balance is insuffiecent. I was surprised how it is possible. I contacted the customer care, they informed me that I have activated some value added service like college ki shayriyan, adult jokes like this they deducted my 100 rs. When I further inquired telling that I am aging 54 years and never activated such type of thing please check at your end but they never agreed resulting I have stop using IDEA sim, One more peculiar thing about the customer service is, if you call once then you have been diverted two so many many at last if you say that I want to talk to customer executive, then they shift the responsibility from one sholder to other and one has to loose it patient and stop telephoning to customer service. Persons changes at every call and you have to explain your problem right from ABCD to every customer executive who at last say that sorry ri I can refund the amount because it is company rule. If you are vigilant then you can see so many times they deduct very small amount 10 to 25 to your account saying any type of services. It is not possible for every one to fight such long time with customer service for a small amount.
One should go only for prepaid charges because if you go for post paid billing they will drown you with their mobile bill and you will not get satisfactory reply from their customer service.
So It is good bye to IDEA for me and advice to others that take IDEA SIM at their own risk.
