My brother is using idea from past 5 years.Idea is too costly as compare to other networks.call charges per minutes for prepaid customer is too much, even internet and gprs packs are too costly.Idea always fail to provide good offers to it's customer.Network coverage is ok not so good but can say decent.Customer care operators are not responsive and too lethargic, I am feedof of them.Over all final view is not to consider this sim for regular purpose it is just wast of money.Idea is just oolu banaving.
