Hi friends I am from West Bengal circle.using Idea service last 1 year and I am totally fed up on there service.network is third class, whole day long at list they send 50 to 60 massages though I request them not to disturb me.
I request for dnd, But no result.2g/3g internet service is very slow.lastly the most horrible problem is sending flash massage which is chargeable.i have lost rs.100+ for that.I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times.after suffering last 4/5 month I destroy the "great" idea sim.please don't go for idea.
